Star Map

The Star Map connects the Space Engineers world to a strategic command interface for navigation, shared awareness and faction coordination.

Public visitors can inspect the reduced campaign overview. Authorized players enter a protected role view that shows only the information their faction is allowed to receive.

Command System Guide

The map is designed as a companion display: captains maintain their ship context while Fleet Command can coordinate a wider operation.

Map Navigation

Orbit, pan, zoom and select objects to inspect the operational picture. Exact Season Two input bindings will be documented after the interface freeze.

Current Ship

Select the ship you are serving on so the interface can keep navigation, crew context and faction coordination centered on the correct grid.

Signals & Reports

Distress signals and tactical reports let crews communicate a location, audience, duration and short operational message.

Fleet Orders

Authorized command roles can send structured orders to ships. Captains can review and respond to an order inside their protected view.

Route Computer

Selected destinations, Space Engineers coordinates, distance tools and travel estimates support pre-flight planning.

Ship Status

Crews can report repair, resource and assistance needs so logistics and fleet movement can be coordinated.

Radar & Contacts

The Season One guide described a 15 km close-tracking reference. Radar visibility, requirements and audio feedback are being reviewed for Season Two.

3D Command View

The protected operational suite is being refined with a 3D view for authorized campaign work. Final player guidance will follow the Season Two review.
