Rules

Clear boundaries protect the campaign, the community and the work players invest in their faction. Event-specific Gamemaster instructions apply in addition to these general rules.

Current public rules

The ten rules in this section are the existing public player contract. If a situation is unclear, pause and ask a Gamemaster before acting.

ACTIVE

General Rules

Faction rivalry and in-character conflict are welcome. Personal harm, exploits and behavior that undermines the shared campaign are not.

General Conduct

Respect other players. Faction rivalry, political tension and in-character conflict are part of the server. Harassment, hate speech, real-life threats and personal attacks are not allowed.

No Exploits

Using bugs, glitches, unintended mechanics or server-side exploits is forbidden. Report issues to the Gamemaster team instead of using them.

Central Nebula Protection

The area within 500 km of the 0 : 0 : 0 coordinate point is PvP-free and controlled by Titan Belt Miners. No regular PvP, griefing, theft, block destruction or hostile action is allowed here.

Limited PvP in Sector Space

Between 500 km and 5,000 km, PvP is limited and event-based. Combat should happen through announced events, sector conflicts, asteroid objectives, faction operations or Gamemaster-approved engagements.

No Random Base Hunting

The server is not designed around random base hunting. Faction warfare should focus on sectors, objectives, trade routes, asteroid belts, stations and strategic positions.

Deep Space

Beyond 5,000 km, Deep Space begins. Deep Space is a free PvP zone. Players entering this region accept the risk of unrestricted conflict.

Events

PvE and PvP events are guided by Gamemasters. Event-specific rules are announced before the event starts. During events, Gamemaster instructions override normal assumptions.

Neutral Guild

Titan Belt Miners are neutral, but not irrelevant. Attacks against guild infrastructure, convoys, trade stations or event assets may trigger economic, political or administrative consequences.

Balance of Power

The neutral economy may react to the political situation of the sector. If one faction becomes too dominant, prices, taxes, contracts or supply conditions may shift to keep the war dynamic.

Gamemaster Decisions

Admins and Gamemasters may intervene to protect server balance, resolve disputes, fix exploits or maintain the intended gameplay structure.

Season Two rules review · not active additions
Review only

The supplied Season One Discord text also contained the points below. They are displayed for the detailed content review but do not change the current rules above.

DRAFT

Candidate Clarifications

Each item needs a deliberate keep, rewrite or remove decision before it can become part of the Season Two player contract.

Team Commitment

Work with your faction and remain loyal to its shared decisions; no spying or deliberate subversion for another side.

Star Map Integrity

Do not spoof, flood, damage or bypass the protected Star Map, and never use another faction's access.

Performance Responsibility

Do not weaponize lag or deliberately evade limits through subgrids and similar workarounds.

Combat Construction

The Season One text proposed no welding, self-repair or drone and missile printing during combat. Exact Season Two wording remains undecided.

Home Quadrants

The Season One text proposed protected faction home quadrants. This must be reconciled with the final Season Two map and zone model.

Event Intent

Play each event according to its briefing and spirit, not only the narrowest possible reading of its mechanics.
